The sample above is an Interactive Process that I created in Articulate Rise to help customer service advisors learn how to handle a very angry customer and achieve customer satisfaction. Upon deploying this training, customer service advisors decreased customer complaints by 10%.

I developed this activity in Articulate Storyline 360 for students who are earning their Associate’s degree in Massage Therapy. Students completing the course exhibited a 5% increase in test scores across the board. This led to more students graduating and more job placements.

I designed and developed the sample above, which teaches new mining employees their responsibilities and duties. After I launched this course, the new hire retention rate increased by 10% as the number of injuries decreased.

I developed this module in Adobe Captivate to teach the roles and responsibilities of officers around the world for an international organization. Officers in the grants department who completed my course reported fewer financial auditing discrepancies.
